Ours was not a straightforward journey. It started with an aspiration to restore an original floor and ended with a new floor being laid!

Paul and Jo were great throughout. They really took time to get to know exactly what we wanted and went to great lengths to find the right product. On fitting, Ian was brilliant. It was very non-invasive and the quality of the craftsmanship was outstanding (especially as it is a 170 year old house without a single level surface or wall).

Before they left we asked them to measure up another room for the same product. I would highly recommend this lovely team to anyone.

From start to finish the whole team at Chester Wood Flooring were professional, helpful and friendly. We were given advice in the showroom. Samples were brought to our home so we could see them in our room of choice and flooring was fitted brilliantly. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!
