Chester Wood Flooring have been brilliant from start to finish. From the very first email enquiry, followed up by prompt responses, a visit to do an estimate and booking in to do the job – we have been very impressed. I emailed 5 local companies in total, and to this day (4 months later, two still have not even replied). We had a very worn, shabby oak wood block floor in a room which was then extended. So we needed the woodblock extending into the new part of the room, with leftover pieces from another room. So the new part of the room was built in with the wood blocks, everything was sanded back and then varnished. The end result is absolutely fabulous! We are thrilled to bits and wish we had the original floor done years ago. It has totally transformed the room and we’ve received so many comments about how lovely it looks. It was reassuring to deal with such a nice, family run firm who were readily available to speak to if we had queries. I cannot recommend them highly enough – just pick the phone up, do not bother calling anyone else

We were really pleased with the service we received. Jo and Paul had a good knowledge of the products available and we had as much time as we needed to choose our flooring.
